Please tell us your approximate arrival time so that we can arrange to give you keys to the house.
For holidays of more than one week we provide bed linen, towels and tea towels weekly but we do not provide a cleaning service
The Tariff paid on booking includes electricity, oil fired central heating, bed linen, towels and tea towels.
Please ask if you are arriving in town early and we will make every effort to accommodate your luggage and provide you with a key.
The number of people occupying the accommodation is limited to the number of beds provided (8 Persons).
There is ample parking
We regret no pets are allowed in the property
The property is a non smoking area
We do not supply non-slip mats for the bath and shower if you need a non slip mat please bring your own
All rubbish should be removed from the property and placed in the wheelie bin.
To allow us sufficient time to prepare the property we ask visitors to arrive not before 4.00pm. and to leave by 10.00am on the day of departure unless otherwise stated.
The property hired is strictly on the basis that the accommodation is for holiday use only. The hirer will be liable for any costs incurred as a result of any delayed departure.
There are no extra charges but the hirer is liable for any cost of damage done to the property and the contents. The hirer is expected to leave the accommodation as clean and tidy as found on arrival.
The use of the accommodation and amenities is entirely at the visitors' own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury to the visitor, other occupants of the let, guests or invitees, or for loss or damage to the belongings of the visitor, other occupants of the let, guests or invitees. No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to any car or it's contents.
